Failed to load tag mappings
Please check your environment variables in Railway settings.
Click to add common tag mappings that work for most subscription businesses:
Tag customers when a transaction fails but can be retried (temporary issues).
Tag customers when Ordergroove rejects an order (permanent failure). Removes failed_transaction_retryable tag.
Clear all failure and lifecycle tags when an order succeeds successfully.
Clear failure and expiration tags when customer updates their payment method.
Tag customers when they receive an order reminder notification (upcoming order).
Tag customers when their credit card is about to expire (upcoming expiration warning).
Tag customers when a subscription is canceled.
Tag customers as churned when all subscriptions are canceled. Removes active_subscriber tag.
Tag customers as active when a subscription is created. Removes churned_subscriber tag.
Tag visitors coming from abandon cart email/SMS campaigns.
Tag visitors coming from welcome email/SMS campaigns.
Tag visitors coming from winback/reactivation campaigns.
